An auction on placement of bonds of Finca Azerbaijan was held

On March 16th, 2022, the auction on placement of discounted bonds of "FINCA Azerbaijan " NBCO with state registration number AZ2005019206 in the amount of 3.000.000 manats at Baku Stock Exchange has been concluded. The nominal value is 100 manats and the maturity period is 24 months.

     There were 7 bids of 100 manats (12.5%) from 7 investors during the auction. The cut-off price was 100 manats (12.5%) dollars and the weighted average price of the bonds was set at 100 manats (12.5%). The annual interest rate on the bond is 12,5% and the interest payment period is every 3 months.

The total amount of orders at face value was 3,000,000 manats. The volume of bonds placed at face value was 3,000,000 manats.

The underwriter of the offering is Azfinance Investment company.
