An auction on placement of bonds of “Ferrum Capital” CJSC was held

On January 25, 2022, the auction on placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary registered bonds of “Ferrum Capital” CJSC with state registration number AZ2009022289 in the amount of 5,000,000.00 AZN at Baku Stock Exchange has been concluded.

During the auction, 12 bids were submitted from 12 investors.

The total value of orders at face value was 5,000,000.00 AZN.

The volume of bonds placed at face value was 5,000,000.00 AZN.

The main underwriter of the placement is Unicapital Investment Company OJSC.

The maturity date of T-bills is  25.01.2023.
