An auction on placement of bonds of Azerbaijan Supermarket LLC, which includes Bravo Supermarkets, was held

On October 28, 2021, the auction on placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary registered bonds of Azerbaijan Supermarket LLC with state registration number AZ2001023525 in the amount of 10,000,000.00 AZN at Baku Stock Exchange has been concluded.

 During the auction, 40 bids were submitted from 19 investors.

 The orders were submitted in price ranges 1,000 AZN (10.5%) and 1,052.4731 AZN (8.5%).

 The issuer set the cut-off price at 1,032.4225 AZN (9.25%), and the volume-weighted average price of 1,039.9676 AZN (8.9658%).

 The total value of orders at face value was 27,031,000.00 AZN.

 The volume of bonds placed at face value was 10,000,000.00 AZN.
