An auction on placement of bonds of Accessbank CJSC was held

On November 30th, 2022, the auction on placement of discounted bonds of Unibank OJSC with state registration number AZ2001023160 in the amount of 750.000,00 manats at Baku Stock Exchange has been concluded. The nominal value is 1000 manats and the maturity period is 18 months.

There were 1 bids of 1000 manat (13.5%) from1 investors during the auction. The cut-off price and weighted average price of the bonds were set at 1000 manat (13.5%) manats.  The annual interest rate on the bond is 13.5% and the interest payment period is every ninety (90) days.

The total amount of orders at face value was 750,000.00 manats. The volume of bonds placed at face value was 750,000.00 manats.
