A general meeting of shareholders of "International Bank of Azerbaijan" Open Joint-Stock Company (IBA) was held

The General Meeting of Shareholders of IBA was held on June 30, 2022.

At the meeting, IBA's financial report for 2021 approved by an external auditor and recommended by the Audit Committee was approved.

Based on the financial results of 2021, the issue of dividend payment to the Bank's shareholders was also considered. It was decided to pay a dividend of 125 million manat to the shareholders from last year's profit.

At the meeting, the issue of canceling the recalled shares of IBA in the Bank's balance sheet was also considered, and a corresponding decision was made in this regard.
